Application & Adhesion

Apply only to clean, fully degreased surfaces.
Temperature range +5 °C to +27 °C (ideal +15 °C to +23 °C).
Post-heat the entire sticker with a heat gun, especially edges/curves/stretched zones, so the film forms to the surface and locks in.

Warm film is elastic and can be re-positioned after heating; trim excess neatly.
Avoid over-stretching—excess deformation degrades performance.
In extreme cold (–10 to –30 °C) film stiffens and can crack.

Optically clear laminate can show micro-scratches from rubbing during shipping—normal for PVC.
Light marks on new stickers can be removed by reheating after application (we do not pre-heat in production to avoid dimensional change).

Overheating/over-stretching may cause visible clouding that breaks the mirror effect.

Some colors (e.g., fluorescents) aren’t printable; we add color-matched inserts between print and laminate.
Transitions may create slight relief/air steps—not a defect.

Templates are built per model; coverage varies by year and design.
Complex/curved plastics may require localized heat & stretch; trim excess where needed.
Review proofs/templates before approval; after approval we’re not liable for expectations of different coverage.

Product page visuals are style references; element placement may change by model.
If you selected the checkbox “I WANT TO APPROVE THE DESIGN BEFORE PRINTING”, you will receive your custom design proof before production. You will then have the opportunity to approve it or request adjustments based on your preferences before printing begins.
After approval, you accept responsibility for accuracy; remaining issues are not considered errors.

We always aim for the highest possible color accuracy. However, slight shade variations may occur due to the printing process and differences in screen displays. A color is considered incorrect only if it is materially different from the intended result, such as green instead of red.

SEMI CUSTOM includes: rider name and number, number plate background, sponsor logos (add, remove, or replace) or color changes.

Any customization beyond the SEMI CUSTOM scope must be ordered as FULL CUSTOM GRAPHICS.

Third-party logos remain the property of their owners and are placeholders. We replace/remove them per your request.
By supplying logos, you confirm usage rights. We may refuse low-quality/unethical/inappropriate content.
Provide vector files (AI/PDF/SVG) or high-res raster; low-quality inputs reduce print quality.

Wear depends on riding conditions. High-impact zones (mud, gravel, branches, bike contact) wear faster.
Unused kits store best up to 6 months, flat and sealed, +5 to +25 °C, dry and away from sun.

Design proof: 3–7 business days (each revision adds 1–5 days).

Production: 2–7 business days after approval, then hand-off to courier.(May take longer during the busy motorcycle season.)

Carriers: Itella, Venipak, FedEx, UPS (others possible).
Typical transit after hand-off:
- LT/LV/EE: 1–3 business days
- EU (other): 4–7 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
- FedEx Express EU: 1–3 | Outside EU: 2–7 business days
Times may extend due to contingencies.
Standard shipments are tracked. Choosing a non-tracked method means you accept the risk of loss or delay.

Custom/personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for manufacturing defects or deviations from the approved proof/specs.
Non-personalized products: returns per Lithuanian law.
For defects, we agree on a replacement or refund.
- Refunds: return at your cost; processed after inspection.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging (unless defective).
- If conditions aren’t met, a partial or no refund may apply.
You may choose a corrected re-make instead of a refund (previous item must be returned).

Thickness
Premium White, Full Chrome, Metallic, and Fluo Neon base materials are approximately 500 microns in total thickness.
Standard base (road type) and reflective base materials are approximately 250 microns thick.Adhesion?

The best results are achieved with proper surface preparation, correct application temperatures, and post-heating.
Warranty
Graphics and stickers are considered wear items. On street bikes, they often last for years, while in racing conditions they may show wear even after a single event.
3D Mock-Up or 2D Design Layout vs Real Life
Designs are intended as a visual guide and are not an exact representation of the final product. The final fit and overall appearance will be very close, but slight variations may occur.
Can you match colors from a photo?
Photos can be used as a reference for similar shades. For the most accurate color match, we recommend providing print color codes. Common print color references include Pantone (PMS), CMYK and HEX codes.
